Shipping Policy - US & International

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Exceptions are:

Groove Rings/Watches ship within 1-10 business days.

Shirts/Hoodies ship within 7-10 business days.

McNally Metal Knives ship within 3 weeks.

You will be notified if extended back orders will delay your order.

Next Day & Expedited Shipping - UPS Next Day Air submitted after 8 am CST may not go out the same day. UPS Ground and USPS Priority/Ground Advantage are "expected" delivery dates. Priority Express is NOT guaranteed overnight. Please contact us directly to let us know if you need it next day and we will do our best to get all orders to arrive when needed, but some locations are not eligible for overnight shipping.

ROUTE- We highly recommend adding "Route Protection" to your order at checkout. This is insurance if your package gets lost, damaged, or stolen.

Returned Packages - Any postage fees associated with returned packages due to incorrect shipping address errors will be held and not refunded.

International - NOTE: DHL & UPS charges duty/fees before delivering packages, this is not included in your shipping cost. These charges are the customers responsibility.

Returns & Rope Warranty Policy

Returns- Returns or Exchanges may be made within 7 business days provided merchandise is in excellent and unused condition. We will not exchange used ropes. Please put a note in the box with your contact information and what you want to do with your return, either exchange or get a refund.

Warranty - We stand behind our ropes and use them daily ourselves, but due to the nature of the job and the stress that can be put on these ropes, especially with trailer loading or roping larger animals, we cannot guarantee they will never break. *If you are roping larger animals, such as bulls or cows, we recommend checking out the Shamrock Poly in a large diameter *
